Our Story

Echo started as a passion project in 2017. In our bid to improve our employee culture, we began to model a solution that would allow our staff to candidly express themselves. In the process, we ran a survey with many corporations who were encountering a similar challenge of sourcing feedback from their customers. We modified our goal to create an impactful product that would help organizations to improve their customer service strategy using real-time data, sourced with little interference and discomfort to users.
